PortiFi is a portfolio tracker, not a financial advisor.
These terms govern your use of PortiFi. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Use of Service
PortiFi is a personal portfolio tracking app. You get a limited license to use it for your own personal use. Do not copy, resell, misuse, interfere with, or reverse-engineer the app.
Eligibility and Minors
PortiFi is not directed to children under 13. You may not use PortiFi if you are under 13. If you are 13 or older but under the age of majority where you live, use PortiFi only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
Your Data
You are responsible for the data you enter. Make sure it is accurate. If you create an account, keep your credentials secure. You can delete your account and associated data from Settings.
No Financial Advice
PortiFi is a tracking tool, not a financial advisor, broker, or investment platform. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. On-device insights, performance comparisons, and portfolio analysis are for informational purposes only.
Data and Availability
Market prices, valuations, wallet data, collectible prices, and other third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee that any data shown in the app is correct or available at all times.
Subscriptions
Paid features are billed through Apple. Subscription availability, pricing, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled under Apple's App Store terms and settings.
Disclaimers
PortiFi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PortiFi is not liable for financial losses, data loss, lost profits, or other damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will update this page and notify you when required. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
